Samoa

Samoa has been a member of WIPO since 1997 and is a signatory to over 7 WIPO treaties.

The national IP office of Samoa is the Registries of Companies and Intellectual Property Division (RCIP) at the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Labour. The office is located in Apia.
