Specific requirements in relation to UPOV PRISMA
Are there any specific requirements in relation to UPOV PRISMA that are not required when filing an application directly to the PVP Office?

In order to submit your application data to the Community Plant Variety Office of the European Union (CPVO) you need to link your WIPO Account in UPOV PRISMA with a CPVO Account. You can do this in UPOV PRISMA when you update your profile.

It should be noted that, although an application for the Community Plant Variety Office of the European Union (CPVO) may be submitted through the UPOV PRISMA tool, the applicant needs to log into the CPVO online system to finalize and sign the application. Irrespective of whether an application is submitted through UPOV PRISMA, the fees applicable for applications in the European Union will apply.
